After completing a Broadcast Television Engineering qualification at the BBC, Tim worked at TV centre in London for three years. He then retrained as a primary school teacher. He has been director of Floodfilm for fifteen years.
Sven Skatun worked for ten years in the film industry, delivering technical film production services and facilities hire. He has worked in both the camera and art departments on feature film and commercial productions in Europe.
Over the last eight years he has produced his own short films and documentaries and worked as director of photography. He has also established a Studio/Production facilities business, and as part of this business, Sven has designed, built and invested in a considerable amount of professional film equipment.
Charis Edward Wells is a visual artist based in Moray working in the mediums of film, photography and performance. After graduating from Moray School of Art, she became a recipient of the RSA John Kinross Scholarship in 2015 and has since worked nationally and internationally.
Charis is also the founder of MC3: Creative Spaces in Elgin and has worked with leading arts organisations in Moray and Scotland for the past 4 years.
